IBUM Chamber Operator and Intermediate Hyperbaric Technician (IHT)

The IBUM – IHT program is design for those seeking to become IBUM AHTs and chamber operations professionals. This program gives attendees a start in the hyperbaric career at a basic level. It is ideal for those working in a hyperbaric facility that need to gain work experience prior to obtaining the IBUM AHT or IBUM CHRN certification exam. These individuals will be working under the direct supervision of a hyperbaric physician, registered nurse and / or clinic director.
Participation in this program will show administrators that the candidate is serious about pursuing their career in hyperbaric medicine.
